    What Is Fertility Testing?

Fertility testing includes medical examinations used to evaluate reproductive health in men and women.

    Testing for Women

Female fertility testing typically includes blood work for hormone levels (AMH, FSH, estradiol, progesterone), an antral follicle count via transvaginal ultrasound, and sometimes a hysterosalpingogram (HSG) to evaluate tubal patency.

    Testing for Men

Male fertility testing begins with a semen analysis that measures sperm count, motility, and morphology. Additional tests may include DNA fragmentation analysis, hormone panels, or genetic screening.
